Susan Hyatt, BSc (PT), MBA

Susan is passionate about changing the way we look at ageing and is focused on putting her extensive healthcare and international business expertise to work to provide a very different professional service model for her clients; a holistic client driven approach supported by a village.

Susan is also President and CEO of HYATTDIO Inc., a global strategy company. As a corporate strategist and trusted advisor to governments and global technology companies, she has worked in the Asia Pacific, European, and Americas regions. She has held senior executive positions in both public and private sector organizations. Her success as a global entrepreneur combined with expertise in the provision, management, and governance of large multifaceted systems often puts her on the leading edge of transformational change. Read More

She was instrumental in the start-up of Canada’s Electronic Health Records (EHR) efforts. Canada Health Infoway Inc. was set up by the Government of Canada as an independent company collaborating with federal, provincial, and territorial governments to accelerate and facilitate the implementation of EHRs. Susan held several executive positions including Interim President and CEO. The Government invested $1.2 billion in the company’s formative stage.

In June 2017, Ms. Hyatt was appointed to the Board of Directors for Agility Health Inc. (TSX VENTURE:AHI) a leading provider of rehabilitation services, orthotics and software services. She has served on Boards of Directors and Commissions in Canada, Australia, Ireland, and the United States, including the Board of St Michael’s Hospital in Toronto.

In the US, she was appointed a founding member of the HIMSS Global Enterprise Task Force studying global EHR initiatives. The work earned Susan and her colleagues the Spirit of HIMSS Award for their contributions to global thought leadership.

Susan is a member of the Canadian College of Health Service Executives, the International Federation on Ageing, and the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (US). She serves as President of the Estate Planning Council of Halton, is an appointed member to the Older Adult Advisory Committee by the Council of the Regional Municipality of Halton, and is also a member of the Oakville Chamber of Commerce and the Verity Club in Toronto.

Susan holds post-graduate certification in Negotiations from Harvard Law School/ MIT and a Master’s in Business Administration with a specialty in International Business from Griffith University, Australia. She also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy specializing in critical care/trauma from the University of Toronto and taught in the Faculty of Medicine for a number of years.

Janice Milne, BSc, MHSc

Janice brings over twenty years of healthcare and business experience combined with innovative problem solving and relationship management skills in both the public and private sectors. Janice has managed initiatives in hospitals and Academic Medical Centres in Canada and the United States including The Cleveland Clinic, The Washington University School of Medicine, and the Clinical Practices of the University of Pennsylvania. At Silver Sherpa, Joanna is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all marketing activities including the organization’s digital platform, creation and distribution of collateral and seminars and events.  She also provides project management oversight on numerous initiatives.

A passionate volunteer in her local community, Joanna has served Dress for Success, The Canadian Cancer Society and other worthy causes for many years.

Joanna holds a Master in Business Administration with a focus in Human Resources from Saint Mary’s University in Halifax, Nova Scotia.  She also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (Leadership) from St. Francis Xavier University in Nova Scotia. Read Less

Ben co-founded Core Online Marketing after over 20 years of marketing, sales, and general management experience in a large corporate environment and with start-up technology companies. Using his expertise in business and marketing strategy development, he helps small and mid-sized businesses grow through effective use of online marketing. He also developed and taught an online marketing course at Sheridan College’s Post-Graduate Marketing Program. Ben believes in giving back to his community. He has previously been Chair and Board Member of Big Brothers Big Sisters Halton, and he spent eight years as Chair of the Marketing Program Advisory Committee for Sheridan College.

Steven Wright

Sales Management

Steve Wright is CEO and Partner at Focus, a company providing outsourced Sales and/or CRM Management for small and mid-sized businesses. After completing his Honours BA in Marketing at York University, Steven went on to perform in a number of sales roles, eventually becoming Sales Manager to one of Canada’s largest sports memorabilia companies. Now, as CEO of Focus, Steven takes the lead role in operations, human resources, and is a strong resource to all employees at Focus, especially in the areas of sales organization design, sales strategy, compensation modelling, and recruitment. Steven is a born Torontonian and lives in the west end with his wife Renata and children, Rylan, Aislyn, and Cayson.

Fred is a financial planner with over 40 years of experience who specializes in financial and estate planning advice for families with special needs and acquired injuries. He is passionate about helping families with special needs children or adults plan for today and the future to ensure the special needs individual is taken care of no matter what happens.

He recently received the Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Award from the Governor General of Canada for his planning with families who have special needs children and his community fundraising efforts.
